Investment Manager

Peoplewise Partners, on behalf of a leading Infrastructure & Engineering Company, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Investment Manager to support the implementation of one of the key sustainability projects. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will support financial close, lender coordination, financial modelling, financing compliance, investment monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

  • • Coordinate financial due diligence and support the achievement of financial close.
  • • Liaise with lenders, development finance institutions, commercial banks, advisors, and sponsors.
  • • Manage lender requests, KYC requirements, and financing documentation.
  • • Maintain financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • • Track debt disbursements, equity injections, project payments, and financing schedules.
  • • Monitor financial covenants, conditions precedent, project risks, and compliance requirements.
  • • Prepare financial reports and presentations for shareholders, lenders, and key stakeholders.
  • • Support budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • • Work closely with the CFO and Accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • • CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualification is preferred.
  • • Experience in investments, project finance, infrastructure finance, or related fields.
  • • Exposure to financial close, lender due diligence, KYC, and stakeholder reporting.
  • • Experience in infrastructure, construction, PPP, concession, or SPV environments is preferred.
  • • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Profile
  • Experience working with multi-party project financing structures involving lenders, sponsors, investors, and public authorities is highly desirable.
